This spectacular one-night-only collaboration with legendary Broadway artist Lisa Vroman will feature some of your favorite musical theatre and light classical selections.
This season’s spectacular one-night collaboration will be with the legendary Broadway performer Lisa Vroman, a Bay Area favorite who played the role of Christine Daaé in the extended run of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera in San Francisco. Equal parts sublime singer and powerful actor, Ms. Vroman is sure to leave you spellbound with her incredible art. We are honored to share the stage with her in a program that will feature some classical works, such as Samuel Barber’s “Sure on this Shining Night,” as well as musical theatre favorites by Kurt Weil, Jerome Kern, Rogers & Hammerstein, and Stephen Sondheim. A collection of songs from Tom Megan’s chamber theatre piece A Vision: Yeats in the Afterlife completes the recipe for a truly delectable night.
