WINTER’S GIFTS: Spirit (Palo Alto)

This is always our most popular performance of the season so get your tickets early!

The Choral Project and the San José Chamber Orchestra present their 15th annual concert collaboration “Winter’s Gifts,” revolving around the theme of “spirit.” The concert features works by a star-studded roster of composers, including Dominick Argento’s resplendent “Gloria” (from The Masque of Angels), Adrian Peacock’s rousing “Venite, Gaudete,” and John Paynter’s other-worldly composition “The Rose,” as well as gems by local favorite composers include Brent Heisinger’s “Walk Within Winter,” Michael Touchi’s arrangement of “Ocho Kandelikas,” Anica Galindo’s “Swept Away,” and a special work in memory of Jessye Norman. PARKING INFO

Parking is available on city streets or in the municipal Parking Garage on Webster. There is limited parking in the church parking lot on Byron.

Bike riders are also welcome. There are two bike racks for your use. One is located on the front patio facing Hamilton Avenue, and the other is in the main parking lot located off of Byron Street.

ACCESSIBILITY INFO

Capacity: 650 seats. This includes seating in the balcony as well as on the main floor.
