Enjoy a magical evening of live holiday music that honors wintry traditions from around the world!

Winter’s Gifts: Home (with the San José Chamber Orchestra)

The Choral Project joins forces with the San José Chamber Orchestra (Barbara Day Turner, conductor) to present WINTER’S GIFTS: Home. Music resonant with the emotions of identity, belonging, and celebration that inspires change for a better world. Featured works include Samuel Barber’s sublime “Agnus Dei” (“Adagio for Strings”) and Antonín Dvořak’s “Goin’ Home” (based on music from his “New World” Symphony), as well as music from various cultures from around the globe that honors our current and ancestral homes, as well as our diverse holiday traditions.

Parking is available behind the church (off of Lincoln Ave.) and next to Westminster House (accessible via either Cowper or Kingsley). Plenty of free street parking is also available.
