Artwork MUST BE delivered 3 weeks before the concert. Unfortunately, tight printing times do not allow for flexibility. Deadlines for this season are as follow:
WINTER’S GIFTS: November 23, 2015
KING’S SINGERS: January 25, 2016
ART OF SOUND: March 14, 2016
EARTHSONGS: May 9, 2016
All ads must be full color (CMYK). Photographs must be scanned at 300 dpi or higher resolution. All fonts & images must be included.
Camera-ready ads must be received as TIF, JPG, or PDF files. No other formats will be accepted. If you do not have any camera-ready artwork or you have questions regarding any of the information above, please contact us with your need.
The advertiser assumes liability for all content and layout for all camera-ready ads submitted for publication. The Choral Project shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions arising from copy or illustrations submitted by the advertiser for use in creating an advertisement.
Season advertisers, please note that the same ad will run unless we are notified and receive new artwork before the deadline for each program.
Advertisers may cancel their advertisement before the ad submission deadline listed above. A full refund will be issued to the advertiser. No refunds will be issued for advertisements cancelled after the ad submission deadline without the approval of the Advertising Manager.
All program advertising is subject to the approval of The Choral Project who reserves the right to refuse any advertising based on content.
